About the AEIS
The Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) is a centralised admissions exercise conducted by Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE). It assesses the English and Mathematics abilities of international students applying to government primary and secondary schools in Singapore. Students must pass the examination to secure a place. With a syllabus aligned to the local curriculum and strong competition for places, thorough, targeted preparation is essential.
At Stalford Learning Centre, our preparation courses are designed around the requirements of the AEIS. We help students build a clear understanding of key concepts and develop their English expression and mathematical problem-solving skills, so they are well prepared for the examination.
28 Years of Teaching Experience
Focused on Real Learning Progress
Since our establishment, Stalford Learning Centre has built up over 28 years of teaching experience and served more than 20,000 students. Our AEIS courses combine a structured syllabus with practical classroom teaching to help students make meaningful progress and adapt to Singapore’s education system.
How We Support Your Child’s Learning
Teachers Who Understand International Students
Experienced Tutors
Our teachers have extensive AEIS teaching experience and understand the challenges international students commonly face with language comprehension and different ways of thinking. They adapt their explanations and teaching methods to each student’s needs.
Small Classes with Individual Attention
Small Class Size
We keep classes small so teachers can monitor each student’s responses in class, address questions promptly and provide targeted support in areas that need improvement.
A Structured Curriculum Aligned with the Exam Syllabus
Structured Curriculum
Our courses follow the MOE syllabus and cover the core knowledge required in English and Mathematics. Classroom practice and regular assessments help students work through their revision systematically.
Full Mock Exams and Targeted Exam Preparation
Comprehensive Mock Exams
Regular full-length mock exams help students become familiar with the pace of the actual examination and manage their time effectively. Detailed feedback on their answers helps them identify gaps and refine their exam strategies.
